SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to artificial nutritional compositions. Artificial nutritional composition contains relative to total content of fats: medium-chain fatty acids, at least 98 % in form of triglycerides, in an amount ranging from 0 to 20 wt. %, at least one unsaturated fatty acid, at least 98 % in form of triglycerides in an amount of at least 15 wt. %, preferably at least 20 wt. % and palmitic acid, at least 98 % in the form of triglycerides, in an amount in the range of not more than 13 %. Artificial nutritional composition is used to increase the rate of gastric emptying in an individual.
EFFECT: composition promotes activation of formation and/or regeneration of liver and/or intestine and/or reduction of risk of liver and/or intestine diseases.
