SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical genetics. Disclosed is a method of detecting predisposition to various types of cancer, involving extraction of total native DNA from peripheral blood and polymerase chain reaction. Genotyping of polymorphous variants rs2072052 of gene CDK4, rs3134613 of gene Myc-L and rs137853294 of RB1 gene. If observing genotype * G / * G and allele * G of polymorphous locus rs3134613 of Myc-L gene, genotype * A / * C of polymorphous variant rs2072052 of gene CDK4 and genotype * G / * G and allele * G of polymorphous locus rs137853294 of gene RB1, as well as their combinations RB1/Myc-L/CDK4 - GG/TT/AC, GG/TT/AC, GG/TG/AC, CG/GG/AC, CG/GG/AA predict high risk of oncopathology development.
EFFECT: invention provides higher prediction accuracy.
