SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing at least one ramolipid, comprising: bringing the recombinant cell into contact with a medium containing a carbon source; and culturing the cell in suitable conditions to obtain a ramolipid from a carbon source using a cell, where the recombinant cell is genetically modified such that compared to the wild-type cell, the cell is characterized by high activity of enzymes E1, and E2, and E3, and oxidoreductase of alkB type or high activity of enzymes E1, and E2, and alkB-type oxidoreductase, where enzyme E1 is α/β-hydrolase, enzyme E2 is rhamnosyl transferase I and enzyme E3 is rhamnosyl transferase II and where carbon source is C4-molecule, where C4-molecule is selected from a group comprising butane, 1-butanol, 2-butanol, 1-butanal, butanone, butyric acid and combinations thereof. Disclosed is a cell capable of forming at least one ramolipid C4-molecule intended for implementation of said method, where the cell is a bacterium and genetically modified such that compared to a wild-type cell, the cell is characterized by high activity of enzymes E1, and E2, and E3, and oxidoreductase of alkB type or high activity of enzymes E1, and E2, and alkB-type oxidoreductase, where C4-molecule is selected from a group comprising butane, 1-butanol, 2-butanol, 1-butanal, butanone, butyric acid and combinations thereof.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain the rhinolipids (mono-nornosyl-lipids and/or dianmarnosyl-lipids) from a carbon source which is said C4-molecule, with reduced amount of obtained undesirable by-products and intermediate products, such as dimers of fatty β-hydroxy acids.
