FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electropolishing of mono-wheel blades and can be used in turbomachine building at treatment of mono-wheel blades of compressors of gas turbine engines and plants. Method involves electrochemical polishing of mono-wheel blades with subsequent polishing in medium of electroconductive granules made of anion exchangers impregnated with electrolyte solution, wherein the granules are brought into vibration motion with frequency of 50–400 Hz, electric potential is applied to mono-wheel and granules and the blade is polished in the granules medium to obtain the specified surface roughness. Granules are reciprocated in the direction along the back and the trough of the blade, and the mono-wheel is rotated relative to its longitudinal axis at a rate providing polishing of the surface of the blades. During polishing the mono-wheel performs angular oscillations with inclination on both sides from vertical to 45 angular degrees. Device is made in the form of container equipped with current leads, vibrator, device for fixation and movement of mono-wheel with provision of angular oscillatory motion with angle of inclination of longitudinal axis of mono-wheel to 45 angular degrees on both sides from vertical.

EFFECT: higher quality and homogeneity of machining of surface of mono-wheel with blades.
