FIELD: turbines or turbomachines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electromolishing of blisk blades and can be used in turbomachine building. Proposed method comprises electrochemical polishing of blades in medium of granules made of anion exchangers impregnated with solution of electrolyte providing conductivity of granules and ionic removal of metal of blade with removal of microprojections from polished surface. Blisk is immersed into a container with granules, contact with granules of the whole polished surface of the treated blade is performed, the granules are brought into a vibration motion, which ensures uniform blurring washing with the granules of the polished part of the blisk blade. Granules are reciprocated in the direction along the back and the trough of the blisk blade being treated, tilting the blisk at an acute angle between the direction of the flow of granules running on the blisk blades being treated and the cross plane of the blisk. Device is made in the form of metal container with open top, which is equipped with current leads, vibrator, device for fastening blisk and device for lifting and lowering blisk, its rotation, reciprocating movement and to change the angle of attack between the direction of the blisk blades incident on the treated blade and the blisk plane.

EFFECT: higher quality and homogeneity of blisk blades surface treatment.
