FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the internal combustion engines. Method of engine operation consists in the fact that in the first working condition of engine (10) the first portion of exhaust gases from the engine is directed to turbine (204) through the first three-way valve (222) installed with the help of engine controller in the third position. First working state of engine (10) is determined by means of the engine controller based on the readings of one or more of the air flow mass flow sensor, the inlet throttle position sensor and the engine position sensor. First three-way valve (222) is located in the first outlet channel (216). First portion from turbine (204) is directed to one or more neutralization devices (210), (212), (214) located in second outlet channel (218), through third three-way valve (226) installed by controller in first position, and third outlet channel (220). First portion is directed from one or more neutralization devices (210), (212), (214) into atmosphere through the second outlet channel (218) and the second three-way valve (224) installed by means of the engine controller in the first position. Second three-way valve (224) is located in second channel (218). Second portion of the exhaust gases from the engine is directed to one or more neutralization devices (210), (212), (214) through the first discharge channel (216), the first three-way valve (222) installed in the third position, and the second outlet channel (218) bypassing turbine (204), then from one or more neutralization devices into the atmosphere through second channel (218) and the second three-way valve (224) installed in first position. In the second working state of the engine, the third portion of the exhaust gases from engine (10) is directed to one or more neutralization devices (210), (212), (214) through the first discharge channel (216), the first three-way valve (222) installed by means of the controller in the second position, and second channel (218). Second operating state of the engine is determined using an engine controller based on readings of one or more of an inlet throttle position sensor, an air mass flow sensor and an engine position sensor. Third portion of one or more neutralization devices (210), (212), (214) is directed to turbine (204) through second channel (218) and the second three-way valve (224), which is installed by means of the controller in the third position. Third portion from turbine (204) is directed into the atmosphere through the third three-way valve (226) installed by means of the controller in the second position. Fourth portion of exhaust gases from engine (10) is directed to one or more neutralization devices (210), (212), (214) through first outlet channel (216), first three-way valve (222), installed in second position, and second channel (218). Fourth portion is supplied from one or more neutralization devices (210), (212), (214) into atmosphere, bypassing turbine (204), through the second outlet channel (218) and the second three-way valve (224) installed in the third position. Invention discloses version of engine operation method and exhaust gas flow control system in engine exhaust system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of counter pressure at the outlet of turbine, which occurs due to subsequent flow of exhaust gases through downstream neutralization device.
