SUBSTANCE: cell line of rat glioma C6-DDA is resistant to cytotoxic action of N-acyl dopamine as a test culture for studying mechanisms of action of bioactive lipids, is obtained on the basis of the rat C6 glioma line and is characterized by immunity to the cytotoxic effect of dopamine amides of natural polyunsaturated fatty acids to concentration of 40 mcM, presence of long or multiple short processes and increased expression of markers of astrocytic differentiation of GFAP, SOX2, hydrolases of FAAH fatty acid amides, noradrenaline transporter NET and oxidoreductase ecto-NOX, is deposited in the Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms, registration number N-173.
