FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at treating traumatic hepatic ruptures. Bacterial cellulose is obtained by culturing a strain of bacteria Gluconacetobacter sucrofermentans H-110 in static culturing conditions for 3–5 days at temperature of 28 °C, with subsequent purification, introduction of a solution of resveratrol with concentration of 15 mcg/ml for 5 hours. Obtained material is used as a wound film coating.
EFFECT: method allows extending the range of products for treating traumatic hepatic ruptures.
