FIELD: heat exchange.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for continuous basalt fibres production. Device comprises feeder furnace, hopper with batcher and basalt feeder, heat exchanger, wherein the furnace and the feeder are covered with a roof with installed burners, in the feeder there are bushing runners, under which there are mechanisms for application of lubricating agent and winding of fibre on bobbins. In the furnace beginning the conveyor is installed for charge supply, further under the furnace it is made inclined, perforated, with the gas supply pump installed under it, then, the bottom is made horizontal, under which, as well as in the furnace end walls, there is a cooling system in the form of pipes, and in the unloading zone there is a partition separating the evacuation zone with the injection pump installed in it.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of quality of obtained fibres.
