SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncourology, and can be used for the treatment of prostatic gland cancer (PGC) of a high and a very high risk. To this purpose, in a neoadjuvant regimen, a complex chemohormonal therapy is carried out according to the docetaxel regimen at a dose of 75 mg/m2 intravenously 1 time in 21 days, only 6 injections and hormonal drug degarelix at a dose of 240 mg subcutaneously, then every 28 days in a maintenance dose of 80 mg, only 6 injections.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the efficiency of treatment of patients with a high and a very high risk of PGC, reduce the volume of the prostatic gland, significantly reduce the PSA level, increase the effectiveness of the subsequent RPE.
