Abstract RU 2732119 C2

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgical stapling and cutting tools and cassettes with staples to be used therewith. Ejector of surgical staples comprises an extractor body configured to be slidable in the cartridge with surgical staples. Ejector housing comprises at least two staple supporting members, a first cam surface, a second cam surface and at least one hole in the ejector body. Each supporting element of the bracket is configured for functional maintenance of the corresponding surgical bracket. Second cam surface is spaced from first cam surface. At least one hole in the ejector housing is configured to enter into it with the possibility of sliding of the corresponding pushing guide, formed in cartridge with surgical staples. Cartridge with surgical staples comprises a cartridge body and at least one above said extractor of surgical staples. Cassette body forms the cassette axis and comprises the first cassette wall and the second cassette wall located at a distance from the cassette first wall. Cartridge body further comprises a plurality of vertical guide ejectors arranged between the first cassette wall and the second cassette wall. Ejector housing comprises a proximal end configured to slide with one of the ejector guides, and a distal end, made with possibility of sliding interaction with other of guide push-out device. At least one hole is made with possibility of sliding into it with corresponding additional guide of extractor. Surgical instrument comprises slides made with possibility of axial movement and said cassette with surgical staples, at least one staple supporting element configured to functionally support the surgical staple. Sleds comprise first cam member and second cam member. First cam member is movable along first cam axis. Second cam member can move along second cam axis.

EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to provide for sewing and/or cutting of fabric.
