FIELD: environmental protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of environmental protection, in particular, to safe handling of organic liquid radioactive wastes. Method for solidification of organic liquid radioactive wastes (LRW) consists in connection LRW with a curing agent, capable of multiple-cycle melting-curing cycles, heating the obtained mixture and curing until the hardener melts and dissolves therein LRW followed by hardening of mixture. First, container is filled with curing agent, and container is filled into container LRW are performed in portions as they are formed. Heating of produced mixture is performed in hermetically sealed container after addition of each portion LRW, and total amount LRW, piece by piece loaded into container, is determined by solubility limit LRW in curing agent.

EFFECT: invention reduces volume of wastes and reduces number of process steps.
