FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: patient's interface system for an ophthalmic system comprising: a patient's multicomponent interface comprising an attachment module attached to an ophthalmic system; a contact module configured to be attached to an eye on which a procedure is carried out, placing the viscoelastic substance into the enclosing space, determined by the contact module and the eye on which the procedure is performed, and providing contact with attachment module; and a vacuum ring connected to the contact module, with possibility of connection to the vacuum suction system to create a partial vacuum between the vacuum ring and the eye, on which the procedure is performed, to reduce mobility of the eye, on which the procedure is performed, for the ophthalmic procedure; and a degassing subsystem connected to the patient's multicomponent interface and made with possibility of at least one of: reducing the pressure applied to the viscoelastic substance, heating the viscoelastic substance, performing the membrane-based degassing, replacement with inert gas of air atmosphere, manipulation with surface tension of viscoelastic substance and addition of reducing agent in it.
EFFECT: using the given invention enables reducing cornea deformation, on which the procedure is performed.
