FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for molding fiber-reinforced composite elements. Described is a device for molding fiber-reinforced composite elements, comprising: a first mold having a cavity which is brought into contact with a prepreg made of the woven fibrous web impregnated with resin, a second mold which, when closing the molds, presses the laminated sheets of the prepreg to the first mold cavity, and a heating system for heating the resin in the prepreg through the first mold and the second mold, and configured to mold the fiber reinforced composite member from the laminated sheets of the prepreg by applying pressure in the resin heating process in the prepreg between the first mold and the second mold by the heating system, wherein the first mold is equipped with a heat removal preventing part from the cavity, which prevents heat removal to the cavity environment during the resin heating in the prepreg, second mold has a core, which in the form closure state interacts with the cavity in the first mold, as a result of which the prepreg laminated sheets are pressed to the cavity, and is equipped with preventing the heat sink from the core portion, which prevents heat removal to the surrounding of the core in the process of heating the resin in the prepreg, and the cavity in the first mold, as well as the second mold core, have a molding surface divided into a plurality of regions, first mold, as well as second mold have multiple heating cells corresponding to multiple areas and open on side opposite to molding surface, inside each heating cell there is heater, part, preventing heat removal from cavity, comprises heat sink preventing cells formed in first mold and surrounding plurality of heating cells and heaters located inside preventing heat removal cells, and part, preventing the heat removal from the core, comprises heat sink preventing cells formed in the second mold and surrounding a plurality of heating cells and heaters located inside the cells preventing heat removal.
EFFECT: reduced probability of occurrence of local oscillations of heating temperature of fiber-reinforced composite material.
