FIELD: computer equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to computer vision. Method consists in special adjustment of each camera of video surveillance system by means of calibration elements, connection of cameras to location plan, construction of coordinate correspondence of coordinate system of two-dimensional image of each camera with three-dimensional coordinate system of location plan, for example, room; detecting and tracking of objects of interest. Method enables to construct tracks of motion of objects of interest in a location system coordinate system by means of multi-camera monitoring, possibility of analyzing the behavior and movement of objects, evaluating their interaction and individual parameters, as well as counting their number in regions of interest.
EFFECT: wider range of equipment.
