SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of transport machine building. In the first embodiment, the storage compartment for the vehicle dashboard contains a storage compartment and a rotary mechanism. Storage compartment comprises upper, lower and side parts forming storage compartment. Upper part is articulated with storage compartment. Rotary mechanism is made with possibility of transfer of storage compartment between retracted and unfolded configuration. In the second embodiment, the storage compartment for the vehicle dashboard comprises a rotary mechanism configured to move the storage compartment between the retracted configuration, one or more intermediate deployed configurations and a fully deployed configuration. Vehicle instrument panel comprises a housing and said storage compartment. Vehicle comprises said instrument panel.
