Method for prediction of clinical course of chronic cardiac failure (CCF) involves whole blood examination, wherein whole blood is examined for polymorphism of AGT and ACE genes and if there is a TT genotype of polymorphic marker Met235Thr and allele D of ACE gene, unfavourable clinical course of CCF is predicted.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method for prediction of clinical course of chronic heart failure.
