FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and method of spectral diagnostics of optical axes and types of oscillatory centers in crystals with hydrogen bonds. Method involves measuring thermostimulated depolarization currents for the analyzed crystal and obtaining infrared transmission and absorption spectra in different directions. Obtained data are used to determine the width of the forbidden zone for each crystal, extracting the proton component in the oscillation centers and for each line corresponding to a certain oscillatory center, activation energy, wave length and wave number are determined, as to value and availability of which in given direction types of oscillatory centers and direction of optical axes are determined.
EFFECT: high accuracy, rapidness and reliability of measurements.
