SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for endoscopic diagnostics of histological type of formation during colonoscopy. Before treatment with acetic acid formation, it is washed with water. Visual determination of the histological type of epithelial formation during colonoscopy is carried out by the rate of return of the colour of formation to the initial colour in comparison with the rate of similar return of the colour of the surrounding mucosa into the initial one.

EFFECT: method enables simplifying diagnosis, differentiating a jagged and non-serous type of histological structure of epithelial formation.
