SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology and dermatology. Patient under local anaesthesia is sampled adipose tissue in the lower one-third of the anterior abdominal wall by syringe liposuction. Stromal-vascular fraction of adipose tissue is recovered by enzymatic treatment, washing and filtration of obtained lipoaspirate by centrifugation. Intradermal introduction of viable cells of stromal-vascular fraction of adipose tissue in the centres of atrophy along the entire surface of the involved region of large and small labia minora in volume of 2 ml is performed.

EFFECT: method enables activating immune, reparative processes, recovering trophism and pigmentation of damaged tissues: skin and perineal mucosa membranes, remodeling fibrous and connective tissue, achieving satisfactory cosmetic and functional result, reducing itching, improving psychoemotional state.
