FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to treatment of patients with local radiation damage. The method includes taking fatty tissue from the patient in the lower third of the anterior abdominal wall by syringe liposuction. A stromal vascular fraction of fatty tissue is extracted from the obtained lipoapirate by enzymatic treatment, washing and filtration, wherein the fraction consists of stromal cells (15 to 30%, wherein: 3% are stem cells and precursor cells - positive expression of CD105, CD90, CD73), endothelial cells (10 to 20% - positive expression of more than CD31), blood cells (5 to 15% - positive expression of CD45), pericytes (3 to 5% - positive expression of CD146), hemopoietic stem cells (<0.1% - positive expression of CD34). A suspension of viable cells of the stromal-vascular fraction of the fatty tissue is then introduced over the entire surface of the affected area in the obtained amount in a volume of 4.5 ml.
EFFECT: invention allows providing suitable conditions for healing of the affected surface, increasing of wound healing activity of reparative and immune processes, regeneration of trophicity, remodeling of fibrous and connective tissue and decent quality of life for patients.
