FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly endoscopic surgery. Autologous fat graft is sampled, delivered to the defect walls by means of an endoscope and the cicatricial-modified tissue tissues of the defect and detritus are removed. Portion of the autologous fat graft is subjected to emulsification with enrichment with a stromal-vascular fraction previously isolated from it. Remaining portion of the autologous fat graft is centrifuged to produce a non-emulsified autologous fat graft in the form of a paste-like mass with chunks of adipose tissue up to 2 mm in diameter. Removal of cicatricial-modified tissues of defect and detritus edges is performed by argon plasma treatment. Then emulsified autologous fat graft enriched with stromal-vascular fraction is introduced into all layers of the wall around the defect; after that, non-emulsified autologous fat graft in the form of boluses is introduced into the defect edges.
EFFECT: method enables improving the regenerative effect in the tissue surrounding the defect, and providing stimulation of granulation growths accelerating the defect closure.
