SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and molecular biology. Disclosed is a set of oligonucleotide primers and a fluorescent-labeled probe for identifying RNA of Burkholderia mallei sap excretion agents and Burkholderia pseudomallei melioidosis based on NASBA transcription amplification in real time.
EFFECT: invention can be used for detection of RNA exciter of Burkholderia mallei sap and Burkholderia pseudomallei melioidosis in samples of pure cultures, biological material and environmental objects for health needs, service of Rospotrebnadzor and in scientific research.
