FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to clinical laboratory diagnostics. Method for determination of transpedicular rod residues positioning by intraoperative examination of cerebrospinal fluid by laboratory method consists in the fact that after carrying out the rods in vertebral body in spinal fluid the concentration of haptoglobin is determined and if the level of haptoglobin concentration in liquor is 0.1 g/l and higher, a conclusion is made on the presence of transpedicular rod residues, and at concentration less than 0.1 g/l – on absence of malposition.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method for determining transpedicular rod mutations in the intraoperative period.
