SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to clinical laboratory diagnostics. Determination method malposition transpedicular rods in patients with vertebral osteoporosis by analysing cerebrospinal fluid by a laboratory method involves determining the concentration of ceruloplasmin in a spinal fluid, wherein the examination is carried out at any stage of postoperative observation after the external fixation device is applied, and if the level of ceruloplasmin concentration in the liquor is less than 0.2 g/l, the presence of malposition, and with ceruloplasmin concentration of 0.2 g/l and higher – on its absence.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of determining malposition transpedicular rods.
