FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device (10) for frying with air for food preparation. Apparatus (10) comprises base (12), having upper support (14), and drive system (16) for generation of rotation force around vertical axis (18) of rotation. Apparatus (10) additionally comprises container (20) located on upper support (14), and food basket (22) having airtight lower part (24). Basket for food is placed inside container (20) so that side gap (26) is created between walls of container and walls of basket (22) for food, and so that lower gap (32) is created between lower part of container and said air-permeable lower part (24). Apparatus (10) further comprises top cover device (34) located above container (20). Top cover device (34) comprises system (36) with primary heating means (38) and air ventilation means (40) for generating hot air flow in side clearance (26), in lower clearance (32) and in food basket (22). Drive system (16) is adapted to provide relative rotation between at least food located in food basket and hot air flow in food basket (22).

EFFECT: this invention provides extended possibilities of food preparation.
