Present invention relates to a filament temperature determining method, characterized by that it includes the following steps: drawing a filament in the direction of its longitudinal axis along a background radiator with a known temperature, obtaining, in the process of drawing, a thermal imaging sensor with spatial resolution of the image of the filament, which is in front of the background radiator, obtaining an integral over the range of measurements of the thermal imaging sensor, at each moment of time, a portion of the filament, which is in front of the background radiator, output of conclusion about the temperature of the filament by comparing the obtained integral with the reference value.

EFFECT: technical result is high accuracy and information value of obtained data.
