SUBSTANCE: invention relates to personal emergency response means. Profile of a specific client of the PERS is extracted from the database of the PSER. Values of the set of characteristics of said specific PERS client are generated using a computer based on the extracted profile of a specific client of the PERS. Based on the values of the set of characteristics, a prediction of emergency call risk for a specific client of the PERS during a subsequent period of time is calculated using a regression model of risk of an emergency call and generated values of a set of characteristics for a specific client of the PERS by means of a computer. Calculated prediction of emergency call risk is displayed for a particular PERS client on the display element together with the displayed information contained in the profile. One or more incoming requests are received from one or more PERS clients, including a request from said specific PERS client. Prioritizing one or more requests from one or more PERS clients, including a request from said specific PERS client, based on said emergency call risk prediction.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of response time to high-risk calls for customer of personal emergency response system (PERS).
