FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnologies, in particular to the manufacture of microchannel plates (MCP), and can be used in designing optoelectronic devices. At one step, a thermohydrogen reduction is carried out at temperature of 420–440 °C for 6–10 hours with hydrogen pressure of the order of one atmosphere, subsequent to the reduction operation annealing of the plates is carried out in an inert atmosphere for an hour at temperature of 300 °C, and final vacuum drying of plates is carried out at temperature 200 °C.
EFFECT: invention improves quality of microchannel plates at the stages of annealing and drying.
