SUBSTANCE: invention represents set of 2 pairs of oligonucleotide-primers for identification of RNA strains Puumala orthohantavirus, having activity of forward and reverse primers in polymerase chain reaction and having the following structure: 39S-F3: 5’-GGCCAAAACATCTATATGTATCC-3’ (23 n.); 69S-B3: 5’-GATATCTCTTTTACCTTCTGGTC-3’ (23 n.); PUUV-S-F704: 5’-AACATCATGAGTCCAGTAATGGG-3’ (23 n.); PUUV-S-R1183: 5’-GTACAGTAGGATTATCCTCTGATC-3’ (24 n.).
EFFECT: use of the declared set of primers enables detecting Puumala orthohantavirus in biological materials of the red-flyer and patients suffering haemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in the Republic of Tatarstan and can be used in virology, epidemiology, medicine, as well as in research activities to study the genome of this virus.
