SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Image processing device comprises a circuit configured to: set, according to the size of the conversion unit at the boundary of the conversion unit, at least one of filtering offtake length for conversion unit boundary and filtration range; applying filtering to decoded image data in accordance with at least one of a tap length and a filtering band for generating filtered image data; and encoding image data using filtered image data.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of image quality by reducing distortions of units.
