FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to roentgenology, oncology and pulmonology, and can be used as a lung cancer screening method using ultra-low-dose computed tomography in patients with body weight of up to 69 kg, containing the following stages: scanning is carried out in a patient's position on the back with hands drawn to the head; scanning is performed with breath holding at inhalation depth; scanning length from apexes of lungs to pulmonary sinuses is established; installing standard filter for lung examination, setting rotation speed (Time rotation) 0.50 s; setting voltage on tube 135 kV (kv); setting current strength on tube (mA) 10 mA; computer-tomographic dose index (CTDI) is set to 0.80 mGy. Method differs from known designs in that the filter used is a Kernel filter FC81 or FC07, as well as the fact that the scanning length is set within 360 mm.
EFFECT: reducing the radiation load to the permitted limits.
