FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental medicine, and can be used for simulating tuberculosis infection in vitro. Granuloma-like structures are obtained from mononuclear cells of venous blood in the presence of tuberculosis mycobacteria cultured in a three-dimensional matrix. Blood mononuclear cells are resuspended in blood autoplasma with adding tuberculosis mycobacteria into the obtained suspension in ratio of excitant: cell from 3:1 to 1:50, followed by addition of 10 % CaCl2 at rate of 150 mcl per 1 ml of the cell suspension.
EFFECT: method provides formation of a coagulum of a large volume and with a large number of cells and a significant expansion of the solved experimental problems by stable production of three-dimensional tuberculosis granulomas in vitro without using heterologous commercial preparations, which allows eliminating artificial effects on fine mechanisms of interaction of immune system cells in vitro.
