FIELD: vehicle equipment and accessories.
SUBSTANCE: driver assistance device comprises means of obtaining information on the availability of parking spaces, which indicates whether each of the plurality of parking spaces on the parking lot is occupied or free; and tuning means configured to obtain information on the number of occupied places based on information on availability of parking spaces, wherein number of occupied places will be the number of occupied seats among plurality of parking spaces, which are within predetermined distance from vehicle moving along passage area, as well as setting at least either speed of vehicle moving in parking lot or route of vehicle based on information on availability of parking spaces, or based on number of occupied seats.
EFFECT: device is able to assist in driving taking into account probability of pedestrian runout due to parked vehicle.
