SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Described is a group of inventions comprising a compound for reducing the amount of RNA prekallikrein (PKK) containing a modified oligonucleotide comprising at least one modified internucleoside bond, modified sugar or a modified base, and a conjugate group, a salt of said compound, a pharmaceutical composition for treating, preventing or relieving a disease, disorder or condition associated with PKK, pro-drug for reducing the amount of RNA of prekallikrein (PKK), use of a compound, salt, pharmaceutical composition or pro-drug for preventing, treating or relieving a disease, disorder or condition associated with PKK. In one embodiment, the compound contains a modified oligonucleotide according to the following formula: Tes Ges mCes Aes Aes Gds Tds mCds Tds mCds Tds Tds Gds Gds mCds Aes Aes Aes mCes Ae (SEQ ID NO: 570).
EFFECT: invention extends the range of agents for reducing the amount of prekallikrein RNA.
