FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, robotics and can be used in taking and installing articles on working surface with required travel of gripping head. Vacuum gripping module module comprises a gripping head in the form of a puncher sucker fixed on a drive rod of its axial movement, and the axial movement drive is made in the form of a toroid-like flexible flexible inextensible chamber with excessive air pressure enveloping the rod connected by a tie-rod to the electromechanical driving mechanism of the gripping head movement.
EFFECT: invention provides simplified design of the device while maintaining fast operation.
