SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to maxillofacial and plastic surgery and ophthalmology. Method for eyebrow ptosis correction consists in preliminary determination of position of deep fat pad relative to above the brow and when a deep fat pad is found at the level of the lower edge of the above-eye arch or in the position of the upper half of the deep fat pad in the horizontal section at the level of the lower edge of the above-eye arch, the lower edge of the deep fat pad is marked in the desired position of the eyebrow. A medial border is formed on a vertical line passing along a n. supraorbitalis. Lateral border is defined, which is a continuation of superior temporal septum line. Between the medial and lateral borders a line is made 0.5 cm higher from the lower border of the deep fat pad on the brow, which is vertically divided in two, on the above lines two intersection points are separated, into which fillers with volume of 0.2 ml into the lateral point and volume 0.1 ml into medial point.

EFFECT: invention is intended for correction of eye ptosis (descending), mainly at low degrees of pathology; reduced injuries.
