SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Base station is configured to transmit a configuration parameter for uplink transmission to a neighbouring base station to a mobile terminal through a dedicated signal. Mobile terminal is configured to receive a configuration parameter.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing a mobile communication system which enables to reduce power consumption of a network node in a local band.
