SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Local eNB is configured to switch from normal operating mode to operation in power saving state. When operating in a power saving state, the local eNB only transmits measurement signals periodically.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of power consumption of network node in local range.
