FIELD: package and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of molding a glass container. Glass container has a side wall the inner surface of which has an inner surface layer. Glass container is brought in contact with a substantially fluoroplastic aqueous treatment medium in order to remove a thin layer of the inner surface layer having a thickness of about 100 nm to about 1.0 mcm. Said aqueous treatment medium contains from approximately 0.001 wt. % to approximately 0.15 wt. % of fluoride ions. Glass container has peel factor less than or equal to 10 after removal of thin layer of inner surface layer.
EFFECT: technical result is high resistance of glass containers to delamination.
