FIELD: construction; subway.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of tunnels, in particular to a method of constructing subway stations of column type of closed method of performing works. Method of erecting a double-vane subway station with a closed method of performing works involves the construction of a left station tunnel by mounting the round lining of lining made of reinforced concrete tubes, the diameter of which provides the arrangement of the structure of a single track. During installation of assemblage lining of left station tunnel upper and lower support blocks are installed, made with cross section in form of octahedron with symmetrical facets relative to vertical axis of station. Between the upper and lower support blocks in the lining of the left station tunnel, tubing temporary filling is mounted, on the lower support unit the lower tangential support part is installed and connected to the lower unit through welding to metal pins inserted into the seams between blocks, and filling clearance between lower tangential support part and lower support block with non-shrinking mixture, after which concreting the lower reinforced concrete cross-bar with cross section in form of trapezoid, smaller base of which rests on lower tangential support part. Then monolithic reinforced concrete columns and horizontal girders of arched type are concreted, to embedded elements of which there connected are upper tangential support parts by means of welded seams, at that construction of horizontal girders of arched type provides creation of passes between station tunnels, formed gaps between upper support block, upper tangential support part and monolithic horizontal crossbars are filled with non-shrinking mixture. Thereafter, a right-hand station tunnel is assembled from an assemblage of lining of circular outline, made of reinforced concrete tubes, diameter of which provides arrangement of the single-track track structure, and resting on the upper and lower support blocks, by dismantling the temporary filling tubes, then, concrete bases of station tunnels are concreted with horizontal outer surface simultaneously with base under the track and passenger platform is built in each station tunnel.
EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring the cost of erection of the station, high technological effectiveness and speed of construction.
