SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing for terminal access to 3GPP network. In the communication equipment, the transmitter sends an access request message to the main network device in 3GPP network, wherein the access request message is used to request access to 3GPP network and the access request message contains terminal identification information; receiver receives an unauthorized access message from a main network device, wherein the unauthorized access message is used to indicate that the terminal is not authorized to access 3GPP network and the unauthorized access message contains authentication information of the main network device; and the processor is configured to: perform authentication on the main network device in accordance with the authentication information and implement the corresponding network access policy after successful authentication on the main network device by the terminal.

EFFECT: reduced load on main network device by reduction of access request messages.
