FIELD: agitation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extrusion system. Technical result is achieved by an extrusion system which includes an extruder having an extruder screw which is rotatably mounted in the extruder body, and a stuffing screw connected to the extruder to release gas from the extruder into the stuffing screw. Stuffing screw comprises a body and a feeding screw installed with possibility of rotation inside the body to form a space of supply between the inner side of the body and the feeding screw. At that, the inner side of the body is equipped with one or several recesses which create stagnant zones with low rate of gas flow on the inner side of the body, in which particles trapped by the gas leaving the extruder into the stuffing screw are agglomerated and deposited separately from the gas.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of product particles output through stuffing screw.
