FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hot-forming tooling. Shaping part of the die comprises a cartridge, in the cavity of which there is a matrix with a shaping cavity. Cavity has cylindrical, conic, radius, conical and cylindrical parts arranged downwards. Cartridge has upper and lower crosswise openings for the coolant and with the upper annular groove on the inner surface. Upper crosswise opening is open to upper annular groove. Matrix has lower annular groove, in which bottom crosswise opening of cartridge is opened, and straight grooves are straight or inclined relative to longitudinal axis of matrix. Surface of the bottom of the above closed grooves is similar to the surface of the forming cavity of the matrix. Edges of the end walls of these grooves are made with one radius of curvature and are located respectively in the upper annular groove of the cartridge and in the lower annular groove of the matrix.
EFFECT: higher matrix resistance.
