FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used in tooling for producing blanks such as valves of internal combustion engines. Forming part of the stamp contains the holder in which the matrix is located. Matrix has a shaping cavity with an upper part of a larger diameter, conjugated along radii with a part of a smaller diameter located below it. On the inner surface of the cage there are upper and lower annular grooves in which the transverse windows for the refrigerant are open. Upper annular groove is connected by helical grooves with the middle annular groove located below the interface zone of the matrix cavity parts. Matrix is made with inclined channels located under the coolant located in the interface zone of parts of its cavity. Beginning of the channels is open to the screw grooves of the cage, and the end to the beginning of the grooves on the outer surface of a part of the matrix with a cavity of smaller diameter. These grooves are located inclined to the longitudinal axis of the matrix and open with the ends in the lower annular groove of the yoke.
EFFECT: result is an increase in the strength of the matrix.
