FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hot-forming tooling. Shaping part of the die comprises a cartridge, in the cavity of which there is a matrix with a shaping cavity. Cartridge has crosswise openings for the coolant and with the upper and lower ring grooves on the inner surface. Crosswise openings are open to said annular grooves. Cavity of cartridge is made with cylindrical upper part of larger diameter, changing into conical part. Cylindrical part of smaller diameter is arranged on cone vertex side. Matrix is made with outer side surface identical to cartridge cavity surface and with shank. Matrix is installed in cavity of cartridge with interference between their conical surfaces. On the conical cavity of the cavity of the cartridge or on the conical outer lateral surface of the matrix there are longitudinal or inclined grooves for the coolant. Grooves are opened by their ends in upper and lower circular grooves of cartridge. Mat is screwed on the shank end of the female die and thrusts against the rear butt end of the holder.
EFFECT: simplified assembly and disassembly of die forming part.
