FIELD: metal forming.

SUBSTANCE: shaping part of die for hot forming includes upper and lower components along end surfaces. Each of the components contains a matrix and a casing. Matrices have cavities forming mold cavity. Matrix cavity of upper component has upper part of larger diameter of shaping cavity and radius zone. Cavity of the matrix of the lower component has a lower part of a smaller diameter of the shaping cavity. Low component housing has crosswise opening to feed coolant and lower annular groove. Upper component case has a transverse coolant discharge opening, an annular groove on the inner surface into which said transverse opening is open, central annular groove and longitudinal grooves having a beginning in annular groove, and end—in central annular groove. Matrix of lower component is made with external grooves for coolant arranged on outer surface. Matrix of upper component has radial channels for coolant.

EFFECT: result is increase in die repairability.
