FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in production of blanks in form of shaft with gear at the end. Mold forming part comprises holder and die with forming cavity. On inner surface of holder there are upper and lower annular grooves with open in them crosswise openings for coolant and central annular groove. Cage has a stepped cavity and grooves arranged on the inner surface at an angle to the longitudinal axis. Matrix is made with outer lateral surface having larger diameter in upper part and with shank on part with smaller diameter. Matrix is installed in cage with end stop of upper part with larger diameter into bottom of cartridge upper cavity and with shank protrusion beyond rear end of cartridge. Slots with curvilinear bottom are made on external side surface of matrix in area of conjugation of parts of its shaping cavity. On the shank of the matrix there fixed is a nut contacting the front end face with the rear end face of the cartridge.
EFFECT: higher stability and manufacturability of shaping part of die.
