SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to electrosurgical plasma instruments. Tool telescopic probe assembly comprises barrel, tube, electrode and spacer. Barrel has inner channel, far and near ends and comprises neck section at far end and section of boss. Profiled cylindrical elongated section of barrel passes in direction of near end. Elongated section includes a stopper of the barrel and has a function of the first alignment. Tube has an internal channel, a near end fixed inside the barrel, and a far end extending from the far end of the barrel. Electrode is located inside the inner tube channel. Spacer is movably connected to the shaft and comprises a body, a stopper and a clamping chuck. In the housing there is shaped cylindrical inner channel, into which elongated section of the shaft is inserted as sliding fit. Internal channel has a function of internal second centering for rotational alignment of the shaped cylindrical internal channel of the spacer relative to the first centering of the shaped cylindrical extended section of the barrel. Functions of the first and second alignment prevent rotation of the barrel within the spacer. Clamping cartridge connects the probe assembly with the electrosurgical handle and is equipped with an internal crest for interfacing with the spacer of the spacer and internal thread for coupling with the thread on the electrosurgical handle. Elongated section of the barrel is made with possibility of movement inside the spacer between the first position, in which the section of the far end of the electrode extends from the tube, and the second position, in which the far end of the electrode does not extend from the tube.

EFFECT: control of traumatic and surgical blood loss is provided.
