FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for abdominoplasty. Dermalipectomy is performed to the level of the umbilicus excision. Deep subcutaneous layer is removed at Thomson's fascia level. Sutures are applied at level of Thomson's fascia and superficial aponeurosis of abdominal rectus muscles and median aponeurosis due Vicryl 2 according to the scheme: 1) at level of median line 3 of suture through equal gaps, receding 2 cm from xiphoid process, and last 1 cm above umbilicus; 2) along outer edges of abdominal rectus muscles, receding 2 cm from costal arches, and last at level of anterior sprout of iliac bones; 3) on the median line at 1 cm below the umbilicus, two sutures through 2 cm, followed by neo-umbilicus formation by applying 4 sutures on 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock respectively, fixing the skin edges of the umbilicus, anterior abdominal wall and aponeurosis.
EFFECT: method enables improving the aesthetic and functional effect, preventing haemangioma and seromae formation in the cutaneous-subcutaneous flap separation area.
